1st SCORE PD course

On February 28th ended the first SCORE Professional Development course. It was attended by 20 teachers from private and public schools from the Valencia area. At the course it was presented the materials developed by SCORE partners on DENSITY. Some participant teachers showed their interest in experiment the materials with their students.

1st Meeting at Alacant University

On Saturday 25th November, 10 educators from SCORE project partnership gathered at Alicante University venue for the KickOff meeting. They discussed about project management and quality Plan, agreed on the prototype of outputs development procedures and the dissemination events, as the blended course to be held in Valencia next February.

JSXGraph

In developing SCORE materials we rely on JSXGraph . It is a cross-browser library  from Bayreuth University which is implemented completely in JavaScript. Digital Classroom

SCORE aims to promote ICT technologies as drivers of improvement in under-achievement in Maths & Science literacy. This will lead to explore innovative digital-supported teaching methods, student-centred and problem-based learning (PBL) approaches, and in developing a multilingual dimension of education by investigating more effective procedures for translating project materials to English and other partnership languages.
